A message dated June 16, 2003, was received stating the Governor has                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(FIN)                                                                
      "An Act relating to questioned ballots and questioned voters, voter                           
      registration, training of election officials, preparation of election                         
      materials, provision of election materials, forms, and supplies for                           
      polling places, voter identification, absentee voting, and counting                           
      ballots; and providing for an effective date."
